  • Reduction
  • Full plaster to be applied below the elbow with immobilization for wrist.
  • For waist fracture immobilise with the wrist in extension at 30o, with radial deviation and the thumb in abduction and opposition for 8 weeks.
  • Other fractures can be immobilized for 4 weeks.
