Uncommon May be caused by fall on outstretched hand. May be accelerated by valgus strain. Leads to rupture of ulnar collateral ligament. This may also include the common flexor origin on the medial epicondyle of humerus. The ligament has three bands. One may be ruptured while the remaining are intact.	History Palpation	Shoulder sling for 2-3 weeks. Surgical repair after exposure of ulnar collateral ligament.
