Fall on the point of the elbow. Extends into elbow joint. Has two fragments- lateral and medial fragments ad may be widely separated, forming a T.	Palpation X-ray	Reduction U slab plaster extending from above acromion to below the elbow at 90o. It also extends up to the inner side of arm and to the axilla. It is bandaged to the arm and the arm is then bandaged to the side of the body. Shoulder spica Internal fixation by Kuntschner nail or Rush pin with open reduction after surgical exposure..
