Hereditary hemorrhagic  telangiectasia

 

This disease which is also called Osler-Weber-Rendu disease is inherited as autosomal dominant condition with multiple small telangectasias on the skin and also on mucous membrane. They are aneurysmal. The syndrome produces clinical features of hemoptysis, epistaxis, bleeding from gut and the genitourinary tract.
