Diarrhea

 

Abnormally high or out of ordinary frequency and consistency of stool. It is a main symptom of food poisoning and enterotoxicity.

This is increase in stool water more than 200 ml per day which also leads to increase frequency of stooling. When there is increase in fat in stool, it is called steatorrhea. Causes can be garnered from consideration of clinical features
