Menstrual distress

 

This is a form of dysmenorhea which occurs throughout the menstrual flow beginning on day 1 to the last day. Discomfort and other symptoms of the distress are found through the period unlike premenstrual syndrome which occurs only before and at most 2 days after the commencement of menstruation.
