Pharmacology of breast

 

Most drugs taken by mother appear in milk but are of very little concentration to worry about. But some drugs may cause some problems for the suckling baby and they include sulphasalazine, theophylline, diprophylline, dopexin, primidone, metronidazole and phenoziathines.
