A physiology state in which a fetus grows in the uterus of a female individual as a result of fertilization between egg of the female or any other female (surrogacy) and sperm of any male. The status of pregnancy is accompanied by some physiological processes such as immunological paralysis, steroid state together with a growing abdomen as a result of a growing fetus. It is diagnosed by high level of hCG in urine or blood stream. It also has some physiological signs as follows
