Inspection schedule:

| Inspection is a special way
by which doctors pick very obvious clinical signs. It is possible to see
the left chest rising more than the right during quiet respiration and
this may be all that would clinch a diagnosis of
atelectasis. Also
precordial movement,
thrill,
parasternal heave, etc can be picked by good inspection
suggestive of cardiomegaly and of course skin lesions missed at general
examination. |
