Spider angioma

 

This is also called nevus araneus, vascular spider, spider telengiectasia and it is a type of telengiectasia found beneath the skin. It contains a central spot from which  reddish extensions radiate  to the periphery like the spider's web

Too much of the spider's web may be abnormal signalling liver disease or esophagaeal varix.
