Seborrheic keratosis

  

They are harmless common skin growth, but they look like wart, pre cancerous skin growth, (actinic keratosis) or even skin cancer. They range in color from white to black and may be the color of suntan. They are mostly found in chest, back, head or neck but not in palms and soles.
