Keratoderma blenorrhagica

Also called keratoderma blenorrhagicum, are lesions found mainly on palms and soles and may spread to the trunk, and even scrotum. The lesions may join together to form larger plaques. They are vesico-pustular and waxy lesions. They resemble psoriasis.
