Pancreatic juice
 

 

This contains powerful enzymes under the control of pancreozymin and secretin. Its specific gravity is 1.007. It is alkaline due mainly its contained sodium bicarbonate which is formed by the catalysis of the enzyme carbonic anhydrase acting on carbon dioxide from blood and water.
