Differential diagnosis:
This could be confused with structures that have spaces such as lung or adipose tissue. Such tissues have smaller spaces which are not pinkish (eosinophilic).

Diagnostic Features:
a. Tissue is compact (e.g. liver)
b. It consist of glandular tissue judging from rich parenchyma with minimal spaces.
c. It contains large eosinophilc follicles which are surrounded by follicular cells.
