Lung

Differential diagnosis:  Lung can be confused with adipose tissue. Adipose cells have holes as a result of the fat globule removed during tissue processing. Lungs have alveoli which look like holes. The difference is the septum between the alveoli in the lungs. What adipose tissues have are cell membrane and the remaining cytoplasm. But what surrounds the holes in the alveoli are alveolar epithelial cells.

Others organs with multiple luminal structures such as testis and kidney have very thick intraluminal walls.
