Acatalasia

Acatalasia is inherited as autosomal recessive condition and the deficient enzyme in this condition is catalase. This makes hydrogen peroxide in contact with blood to turn brownish black because it cannot be oxidized as in normal condition, to water and oxygen. Rather, it reduces hemogobin. Its main clinical condition is oral sepsis.
