LATERAL PECTORAL NERVE

 

ORIGIN: Lateral cord of brachial plexus

COURSE/DISTRIBUTION: The most lateral of the branches of the lateral cord  of the brachial plexus. It runs a short distance on the lateral side of the first part of the axillary artery to its destination which is at the deep surface of pectoralis major.  It supplies that muscle.
