Diaphragm within the deep perineal space containing deep transverse perineal muscle and sphincter urethrae. It is covered by superior and inferior (perineal membrane) fasciae of urogenital diaphragm.

This is the solid structure which is covered superiorly by the superior fascia of urogenital diaphragm and inferiorly by the inferior fascia of urogenital diaphragm. Passing through it is the membranous urethra.
