3 Trapezius 

4 Superficial branch of transverse cervical artery 

5 Infraspinatus 

Suprascapular vessels 

Spine of scapula 

8 Acromion 

9 Teres minor 

10  Teres major 

11 Medial cutaneous nerve of forearm  

12 Axillary nerve 

13 Long head of triceps brachii 

14 Latissimus dorsi 

15 Radial nerve

16 Pectoralis major (cut) 

17 Lateral head of triceps brachii 

18 Medial head of triceps brachii 

19 Median nerve

20 Ulnar nerve 

21 Rhomboideus minor

22 Rhomboideus major
