These layers are imaginary based on dissections of the pectoral region. This layer contains the following


1 intercostal muscles 2 head of humerus 3 glenoid cavity 4 capsule of glenohumeral joint 5 glenohumeral joint cavity
internal intercostal muscle intimate intercostal muscle c external intercostal muscle
