This is the outlet of lesser pelvis and it runs from the inferior border of symphysis pubis medially to the pubic arch and the ischiopubic ramus to reach the ischial tuberosity. It then joins the lower borders of sacrotuberous  and sacrospinous  ligaments to reach the coccyx.
