Arteries
: Occipital artery, deep cervical artery, posterior intercostal arteries, lumbar arteries


Veins
: Lumbar veins, occipital vein, deep cervical vein


Nerves
:
First cervical nerve, dorsal rami of cervical(greater occipital nerve, third occipital nerve), thoracic and lumbar and sacral nerves


Others
: Thoracolumbar fascia
