Layer 5 of posterior arm - Layer of neurovascular bundle 
 

These layers are imaginary based on dissections of the posterior aspect of arm. This layer contains the following

 

Layer 5 [Posterior aspect of arm]
1 infraspinatus  2 teres minor  3 teres major  4 long head of triceps brachii axillary nerve  6  posterior circumflex humeral artery  7 descending branch of posterior circumflex humeral artery  8 deltoid branch of profunda brachii  9 branch of posterior circumflex humeral artery joining the anterior circumflex humeral artery to form anastomosis around the surgical neck of humerus 10 medial head of triceps brachii 11 lateral head of triceps brachii
