LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE OF SEMINAL VESICLE

All the lymphatic vessels of the seminal vesicle either go to the external iliac nodes or internal iliac nodes. The lymph is then passed to the lateral aortic nodes. From these nodes, efferents issue to the lumbar lymph trunk. The lumbar and intestinal lymph trunks help to form the abdominal confluence of lymph ducts or the cisterna chyli. Cisterna chyli drains into thoracic duct.
