MENINGEAL BRANCHES OF ASCENDING PHARYNGEAL ARTERY

 

ORIGIN: Ascending pharyngeal artery.

COURSE/DISTRIBUTION:  These branches are from the ascending pharyngeal artery and they pass into the cranium through the foramen lacerum, jugular foramen, and hypoglossal canal. They supply dura mater and the cranium.
