ORIGIN:  Humeral head: From the common flexor origin at the medial epicondyle of humerus

Ulnar Head: From the medial aspect of coronoid process of ulna 

INSERTION:  Middle portion of lateral surface of radius

 

ACTION:  Pronator of forearm through action on the radius

ARTERY: Anterior ulnar recurrent artery  

NERVE:  Median nerve
